- All items must be returned in the original packaging and unopened.
- All claims for shortages, damages, defects, incorrect items and errors must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and will be processed by American Factory Direct free of charge. If claim is made after 7 days it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
- No items will be eligible for return or exchange after 30 days from the date of receiving the merchandise.
